  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Manage pre-construction activities such as budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and permitting.
  • Oversee procurement and ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
  • Supervise and manage project engineers, site engineers, foreman, and other site staff.
  • Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-control measures.
  • Review and approve subcontractor billings, variation orders, and progress payments.
  • Ensure all works are executed according to project specifications, drawings, and standards.
  • Implement quality assurance and control procedures at the site.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, project documentation, and close-out reports.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
