Job qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a Registered Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.
  • With at least three (3) - four (4) years of experience in building construction related to project/construction management of office, retail, and residential developments.
  • With existing government mandated licenses and certifications (i.e., PCO, BOSH, OSH Practitioner, etc..) is an advantage
  • Extensive experience in TESTING & COMMISSIONING
  • With Financial Management experience (CAPEX, OPEX, Project Budgeting, Manpower Headcount) is preferred
  • Adept in Project Development and Construction Management
  • Must be willing to work in Cebu City

Job responsibilities:

  • Contribute in business development and secure Project Management services for the group
  • Prepare project charter listing major details of the project including objectives, scope and limitations, risk management, constraints and expected project completion.
  • Manage the project execution
  • Ensure strict post construction documentation and Project Closure
  • Monitor billing and collection of completed services and projects.
