What is your mission?

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to maintain, secure, and optimize our IT infrastructure across virtualized and on-prem environments. You will be responsible for server administration, system performance, patch management, and user access control, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and securely. If you have solid experience managing Windows and Linux servers, virtualization tools, and cloud integration, this is your opportunity to work on high-impact infrastructure solutions.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring reliability and security.
  • Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar systems.
  • Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and capacity planning.
  • Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations regularly.
  • Troubleshoot server, network, and performance issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and authentication systems.
  • Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Maintain detailed system documentation, procedures, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with vendors and support teams to resolve technical issues.
Who are we looking for?
  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar infrastructure role.
  • Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or equivalent virtualization technologies.
  • Strong background in Windows Server and Linux system administration.
  • Experience managing storage networks, backup systems, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
  • Exposure to managed services environments and Change Management processes.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Fluent in English, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
