This role is for a Systems Administrator who will manage and maintain a hybrid IT environment, with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You'll ensure the reliability and security of our servers, networks, and cloud-based systems through daily operations and proactive troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities: Manage OCI and On-Premise Systems: Administer and maintain cloud and on-site infrastructure, including provisioning virtual machines and managing storage within OCI. Monitor Performance & Security: Use OCI's monitoring tools to ensure maximum uptime, data integrity, and security across all systems. User & Access Management: Utilize OCI's Identity and Access Management (IAM) service to manage user accounts, permissions, and storage allocations. Troubleshooting & Documentation: Resolve server and system issues quickly to minimize downtime. Maintain up-to-date system documentation and network diagrams, including OCI architecture. Collaboration: Work with other IT teams and vendors to ensure a stable and high-performing IT environment. Key Qualifications: Experience: At least 2+ years as a Systems Administrator with a strong background in enterprise-level networks and cloud infrastructure, especially OCI. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of networking protocols, server administration, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Cloud Platforms: Proven familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and OCI. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and work independently. Education & Certs: A degree in IT or a related field is required. Relevant certifications (CompTIA, MCSE) are a plus.
