What you'll be doing

  1. Actively engage with guests to identify their needs and recommend suitable hotel packages and services
  2. Prepare and present customised sales proposals to prospective clients
  3. Coordinate with the wider sales and reservations teams to ensure a seamless booking experience for guests
  4. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry

  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. A keen eye for detail and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
