The Senior IT Manager will lead the end-to-end management of IT operations and infrastructure for both corporate and store-level environments. This role is responsible for developing and executing IT strategies that support the company's business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and uphold data security.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and maintenance of POS systems, inventory management solutions, e-commerce platforms, cybersecurity measures, and the network infrastructure across all business units.

The Senior IT Manager also collaborates with cross-functional teams to formulate strategic plans for technological growth and network optimization, manages vendor relationships, and ensures full compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support network switching and wireless solutions.
  • Configure and maintain network switches, access points, and wireless controllers.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues related to switching and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
  • Collaborate on network infrastructure changes, upgrades, and expansions.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
  • Monitor network performance and security and implement improvements.
  • Document network configurations and procedures.
  • Stay updated on IT Security & Networking trends and best practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business and audit risks
  • Develop and execute an annual risk-based audit plan.
  • Oversee audit engagements, ensuring clear objectives and adequate scope.
  • Provide innovative recommendations to enhance operations and internal controls.
  • Design and deliver IT training programs and materials.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop targeted solutions.
  • Conduct product research and competitor analysis for market insights.
  • Define product specifications and develop prototypes.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the company's external IT infrastructure, including third party systems and connectivity.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in network engineering and IT Management role
  • Leadership: Demonstrates strong leadership abilities
  • Collaboration: Capable of working effectively in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary
  • environment
  • Adaptability: Flexible to changes in the work environment and proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with networking products, including security appliances, switches, and access points.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), and network security principles.
  • Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
  • In-depth understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
