Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor official social media accounts, including posting content and moderating engagements.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as documentation, coordination, and office support.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company activities, events, and other initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Willing to travel for work-related assignments when required.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or related roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and basic content posting is an advantage.
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively.
Willing to be assigned in BGC and travel when necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Required)
