Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide essential support in day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor official social media accounts, including posting content and moderating engagements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as documentation, coordination, and office support.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company activities, events, and other initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Willing to travel for work-related assignments when required.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned to support business operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in administrative or related roles (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and basic content posting is an advantage.
  • Flexible, resourceful, and able to multitask effectively.

Willing to be assigned in BGC and travel when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month

  • Taguig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • 50% (Required)
