Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a warm and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers in finding the products they need and answer their questions.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Recommend and upsell products to meet customer needs and increase sales.
  • Process cash, credit card, or mobile payments accurately (if assigned cashier duties).
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
  • Replenish stocks and ensure all items are properly tagged and displayed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the supervisor.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate if needed.
  • Meet daily or monthly sales targets as assigned.
  • Participate in store promotions and assist with marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Good pleasing personality.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Sales experience is an advantage, but open to fresh graduates who are willing to be trained.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Willing to be deployed in Greenhills (San Juan), Newport (Pasay), or Shangri-La (Ortigas).
