JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Source and qualify individual tenants through online leads, referrals, walk-ins, and marketing channels.
  • Conduct property showings (in-person and virtual) and assist applicants through the leasing process.
  • Screen applicants and coordinate background/reference checks with property management.
  • Prepare and execute lease agreements; coordinate move-ins and onboarding.
  • Identify and pursue corporate clients (e.g., maritime agencies, recruitment firms, relocation companies).
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate corporate housing agreements.
  • Manage corporate accounts and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Implement retention strategies to secure renewals and reduce vacancy.
  • Collaborate with marketing for targeted campaigns and attend industry events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report on sales pipeline and metrics.
  • Coordinate with property management, maintenance, and finance teams for operational needs.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend pricing/promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with leasing policies, documentation, and legal requirements.
  • Submit regular sales reports and meet performance targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and direct consumer leasing or rentals.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Familiarity with tenant screening, lease administration, and property management operations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with outreach and networking; able to develop new channels and strategic partnerships.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with property management software is a plus.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Educational Attainment:

Bachelor's degree required in Business, Sales, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.

Work Experience:

Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in real estate, corporate housing, property management, relocation services, hospitality, maritime, or recruitment sectors.

  • Knowledge of tenant screening, lease administration, and property management operations.
