About the role

We are seeking a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION' in Taytay Rizal. As a full-time CSR - Travel & Tiktok Account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, handling both travel inquiries and Tiktok-related support.

What you'll be doing

  • Answering inbound calls from customers, providing accurate and timely information about travel products and Tiktok platform usage
  • Assisting customers with booking and modifying travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and other services
  • Troubleshooting Tiktok account-related issues and guiding customers through the platform's features and functionalities
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour while delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up on any unresolved issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the travel or social media industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer inquiries
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex customer issues
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
  • Familiarity with Tiktok platform and its features, or a willingness to learn
