Deputy Manager - Wellbeing and Resilience

This role is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, management, and evaluation of wellbeing programs for all employees at our Cebu location.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Licensed Psychologist/Guidance Counselor
  • A Master's degree holder in psychology/guidance counseling with a minimum of three years of clinical/guidance counseling experience post-graduation.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the overall wellbeing of our employees. Your expertise will be crucial in creating and maintaining a positive work environment that promotes mental health and productivity.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can bring their skills and passion to this exciting opportunity. If you have a strong background in psychology/guidance counseling and a proven track record of delivering successful wellbeing programs, we would love to hear from you.
