Warehouse Associate

Job Description:

• Ensures that all process in the warehouse have corresponding Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Work Instructions (WI) should be updated and available for specific tasks.
• Oversee successful implementation of process improvement projects based on the target timeline.
• Achieve savings based on the process improvement projects implemented (labor cost, reduced waste, process errors, etc).
• Serve as a liaison between Quality Assurance team and external auditors during audit.
• Prepares the needed document for internal and external audit.
• Respond to the questions and findings by auditors during the audit.
• Ensure zero Critical non-compliance (NC) during audit.
• Address all major and minor findings from audits.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering

Experience: Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. But preferably with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is an advantage.

Technical Skills or Competencies:

• Familiarity with food industry warehousing & order processing is an advantage
• Knowledge in warehouse management best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
