Job Description:

  • Proper documentation of receiving and issuance of Materials/FG's
  • Proper storage of received items in accordance with handling and storing SOP's.
  • Maintains and records daily inventories and Summary or Picklist and Move order from the Production.
  • Ensures that all items prepared were complete and in good Quality.
  • GMP Compliance
  • Conduct Daily Cycle Count
  • Sending reports to PPIC (Inventory, Ageing Report, Concession, Retagging to production)
  • Wearing of prescribed uniform.
  • Personal hygiene
  • Clean/sanitize work table, equipment, tools and utensils before and after use.
  • Cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work areas.
  • Adherence to sanitary practices.
  • Proper disposal of waste materials.
  • Checks for presence of sanitation defects to avoid customer complaints.
  • Handle products with care to avoid damage and wastage.
  • Report to superior observed malfunctioning of trucks to avoid delays in dispatching.
  • Reports any problems/abnormalities observed in the warehouse areas so that immediate corrective actions can be implemented to prevent wastage.
  • Immediately report to superior any unintentional processing error for possible corrective action.
  • Validation of Store Complaints.

Qualifications:

Education: At least College Level; College graduate is an advantage

Experience: 2-years of work experience in manufacturing preferably in the food industry

Technical Skills: Knowledge of basic warehousing process is an advantage

Essential Traits: Attentive to details, Team Player, Patient

Level of Decision-Making: Operational. Generally, works under minimum supervision of Supervisor Signing authority.
