Position Overview

We are looking for a Power Automate Workflow Specialist to lead the development and maintenance of automated workflows that replace manual processes and enhance operational efficiency. This role plays a pivotal part in driving our logistics productivity, reinforcing compliance, and enabling scalable solutions. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform tools and a strong commitment to continuous process improvement.

This position requires attention to detail, expert-level Power Automate and Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, and advanced formulas) and a strong ability to meet strict daily and weekly deadlines. The ideal candidate will be reliable, highly organized, and comfortable working independently on a flexible schedule — while ensuring all tasks are completed by Saturday 12 pm (Eastern Standard Time) each week.

We are looking to hire 1-2 contractors to start during the week Oct 13 or week Oct 20

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, converting manual spreadsheets and processes into scalable, auditable digital workflows
• Develop custom forms using Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, or SharePoint to capture structured data for onboarding, compliance attestations, delivery logs, and incident reports.
• Develop reusable automation templates for common tasks such as tracking logistics deliveries, contractor onboarding, compliance attestations and delivery scheduling
• Design and maintain executive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI or Excel, providing real-time insights into workflow performance, compliance status, and operational KPIs
• Integrate Power Automate flows with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Excel) and external systems via APIs or custom connectors
• Maintain version control and change logs for all workflows, ensuring updates are documented and communicated to stakeholders
• Ensure all automation initiatives align with data governance, privacy, and security policies, especially in contractor-facing processes

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms or similar automation platforms
• Strong understanding of workflow logic, conditional branching, and data connectors and excel formulas
• Experience in documenting processes and maintaining version control
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
• Advanced formulas
• Power BI
• Pivot tables
• Power Query
• Advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nested IFs, dynamic ranges)
• Strong experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Forms etc.).
• Bonus: Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Azure Logic Apps, or PowerShell scripting

Must Have:

• Access to a secure and reliable high-speed internet connection to support cloud-based automation tools and remote collaboration
• A computer system with sufficient processing capacity to execute scripts and workflows involving large data sets efficiently

Schedule & Compensation

• Must be able to work flexible hours and consistently meet all deliverables by Saturday 12 pm (Eastern Standard Time).
• Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday
• Hours: 3-5 hours per day (Eastern Standard Time)
• Hourly Rate: Based on experience - (to be discussed during the interview process)
