A. Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Examine the organization's business processes, financial documents, and accounting records to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Conduct audits of various departments and operational areas to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to company policies.
  • Document existing workflows and recommend enhancements to accounting systems and operational procedures to strengthen internal controls.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit reports summarizing findings, risk areas, and recommended corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor improvements.
  • Stay updated on best practices in auditing, risk management, and compliance to ensure continuous improvement of audit processes.

B. What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in internal audit, accounting, or process review.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills — able to present findings clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • A keen eye for detail, but also capable of seeing the bigger picture.
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and make an impact in a dynamic and growing organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
