Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Partner under Agency Channel, based in Metro Manila with some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Partner will be responsible for providing expert insurance advice, financial planning, and maintaining client relationships. Daily tasks include assessing clients' insurance needs, recommending suitable insurance products, and facilitating insurance claims processes. Additionally, the role involves working closely with both customers and insurance brokers to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Insurance and Insurance Brokerage experience
  • Finance knowledge and expertise
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in business, finance, or any field is preferred but not required
  • Insurance certifications or licenses are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in digital tools and insurance software
