- Fresh graduate or with experience on project management/construction
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Has initiative and decision skills
Job Description:
Assisting construction project manager to estimate and adhere to proper budgets, create project schedules, and communicate project updates
Directing subcontractor, vendor, and supplier process including scope of work, bidding process, and needed construction documents
Maintaining accurate work logs of construction activities, job information sheets, and project team rosters
Overseeing construction contract administration
Performing cash management, payroll, and billing tasks - prepare invoices, subcontracts, change orders, work orders, purchase orders, and timekeeping lists
Maintaining inventory of tools and materials
Performing other functions deemed necessary by management
