QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year experience as Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect
  • Proficient in hardscape and softscape materials specification and selection
  • Knowledgeable in costing, implementation and documentation, project monitoring, and other related activities
  • Proficient with the use of architectural and rendering software such as CAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Lumion, etc.
  • Proficient with the use of MS Office such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides Technical support to the Senior Landscape Architect in the preparation of concepts, schemes, design development plans, and presentation materials for ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Translates and further develops conceptual schemes to presentation materials
  • Attends technical working group meetings as directed by the Senior Landscape Architect as needed for the projects
  • Conducts site supervision and ocular inspection of ongoing and/or upcoming projects
  • Manages project landscape deliverables from procurement to installation completion
  • Performs turnover process of completed landscaping to Property Management Office
