Job Overview

This role involves managing landscape projects from inception to completion.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

You will work closely with clients, architects, suppliers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects that meet their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preliminary planning and preparation of landscape projects
  • Project execution and monitoring of milestones and targeted profit margins
  • Review and preparation of purchases, proposals, and other project-related documents
  • Submission of comprehensive weekly progress reports
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, architects, and other relevant professionals

Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the landscape industry. Strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction methods, and materials is also essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is highly valued. Proficient in MS Excel, Google Spreadsheets and task management applications is also beneficial.
