About the Role:

We are looking for a
Junior Project Manager
to join our growing team and help lead the successful delivery of
POS (Point-of-Sale) system implementations
for clients in the
hospitality, restaurant, and retail sectors
. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, project coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing POS system rollout projects.
  • Work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time deployment.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Support testing, training, and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate any issues or blockers that may arise during implementation.
  • Prepare documentation such as project reports, status updates, and post-deployment reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in project coordination or implementation, preferably in POS or software systems.
  • Strong understanding of POS system workflows and configurations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of system integration, hardware setup, and SQL is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for client site deployments (if needed).
