Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 2+ years
    of experience in technical sales or MEP-related engineering
  • Knowledge of
    MEP systems
    (HVAC, Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    ; knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage
  • Ability to conduct
    site assessments
    and prepare technical proposals
  • Willingness to
    travel for client/site visits
  • Licensed Engineer is an advantage
  • Experience in mission-critical facilities
    (e.g., data centers, banking, telecom) is a plus
