Position: Project Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including work plans, team structures, stakeholder involvement, and configuration management plans.
  • Execute project plans while maintaining quality and adherence to organizational timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, scope changes, risks, and issues to ensure project success.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth coordination across teams.

General Department Coordination

  • Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospective meetings.
  • Handle team conflicts professionally, promoting openness and respect.
  • Prepare and manage backlog items for recurring sprints or implementation cycles.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong background in managing projects involving web, mobile, or general software development.
  • Experience leading 5–10 member teams and managing projects using SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Skilled in project planning, resource deployment, release management, risk management, and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
