
Human Resource Generalist

Position Summary:
Supporting daily HR Functions across multiple areas including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, total rewards, Engagement, performance management, training, performance management and records and compliance. This position serves as a key Contact for Employees and assist in implementing HR Policies and Procedure
Area of Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Staffing:
Handles the hands-on tasks of recruitment and onboarding such as Job Advertisement, Interview arrangement, On-Boarding documents and facilitation of on-boarding process in order to deliver a consistent and positive candidate/new hire experience that supports the organizations immediate staffing needs.
- Employee Relations:
as the first point of contact for employee concerns, assist in resolving workplace issues, and support a respectful, compliant, and inclusive work environment in order to builds trust with employees and addresses concerns early to prevent escalation.
- Total Rewards:
Administer day-to-day benefits and compensation support, assist employees with inquiries, and ensure accurate processing and communication of total rewards programs in order to enhance employee satisfaction and ensures reliable access to key rewards and benefits and programs.
- Training & Development:
Coordinate training logistics, track employee participation, and support learning initiatives that help employees build skills and meet compliance requirements in order to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs and support employee growth and development.
- Performance Management:
Support the administration of performance review process, track deadlines and assist employees and managers with the process and documentation in order to keep the performance cycle on track and ensures data is complete and accessible for evaluation and decision making
- Records & Compliance:
Maintain accurate employee records, ensure proper documentation for audits and legal requirements and support compliance with HR Policies and regulations in order to ensure legal and procedural integrity of employee files and support audit readiness
Qualifications:
Education : Degree holder of Psychology or Human Resource Development
Relevant Experience :At least 3 years of related working experience
Licenses / Certifications : Preferably : with certification as CHRA
Business Understanding : Preferably: Construction
Leadership / Behavioral Skills
