  • Cashiering – Handling escalated requests for cash in/out transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries in social media, telephone and by email
  • Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance.
  • Preparation of day-to-day fund transfers to various accounts.
  • Follow established procedures for electronic fund transfer.
  • Ensures that all fund transfers are properly accounted for and reported accordingly.
  • Ensures that any unsuccessful/failed transfers are properly documented and reported to the immediate supervisor accordingly.
  • Prepares the daily reconciliation monitoring of the processed fund transfers including transfer fees and the net amount transferred.
  • Prepare confirmation email to client regarding successful transaction.
  • Ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Daily reconciliation for outlets gross hold.
  • Prepares Weekly & Monthly Report.
  • Prepares Robert Yang weekly monitoring report.
  • Prepares GLIFE players weekly monitoring report.
  • Recording and monitoring every transaction (cash ins/outs) in journals.
  • Monitoring outlet BCF.
  • Ticketing for TOP UP and Replenishments.
  • Responding to players' inquiries about transaction problems encountered.
  • Updating Journals.
  • Other related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php16,000.00 per month
