  • An Automotive Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers and the service technicians, focusing on customer service and communication rather than performing repairs. Key responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to their vehicle concerns, and recommending necessary repairs or maintenance. They are also responsible for preparing repair estimates, explaining charges, scheduling appointments, and keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicle. Core duties and responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Greets customers in a friendly and timely manner, listens to their vehicle concerns, and builds rapport.
  • Vehicle Assessment: Gathers vehicle information, consults with technicians about necessary repairs, and may perform a test drive with the customer to confirm issues.
  • Repair and Maintenance Recommendations: Advises customers on required services, explains the results of inspections, and provides recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Estimates and Billing: Prepares and presents detailed estimates for parts and labor, calculates costs, and explains the final bill to the customer.
  • Service Coordination: Schedules appointments, creates work orders, and communicates with technicians to ensure repairs are completed correctly.
  • Customer Updates: Provides customers with updates on their vehicle's repair progress and answers any questions they may have.
  • Problem Resolution: Handles customer complaints and works to resolve any issues that may arise after service is completed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
