About the role

China Construction Front Gen. Devt. Corp. is seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Binondo Manila City. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing construction plans and schedules
  2. Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
  3. Coordinating and managing construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  5. Communicating regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
  6. Identifying and addressing potential risks and issues, and implementing effective solutions
  7. Preparing detailed reports and documentation on project progress and performance

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry
  2. Strong understanding of construction management principles, techniques, and best practices
  3. Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and technical documents
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  6. Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects within budget and on schedule
  7. Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
