Architectural PIC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural PIC to join our team at CHINA CONSTRUCTION FRONT GEN. DEVT. CORP.' in the vibrant location of Binondo Manila City Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a key strategic role in supporting the design and architecture needs of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Taking the lead on architectural design projects from concept to completion
2. Lead and oversee seamless coordination between the owner, designers, and contractors
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative and practical building designs
4. Ensuring all architectural work complies with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
5. Providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders throughout the design process
6. Overseeing the work of junior architects and technicians to deliver high-quality outcomes
7. Staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
2. 3 years and above experience working as an Architect, preferably in a similar role
3. Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods and building regulations
4. Proficient in using industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe, Enscape, Lumion, Revit and SketchUp
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
7. Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring a team of architectural professionals
