The Construction Manager plays a pivotal role in project success through comprehensive project planning, efficient coordination, vigilant cost management, diligent financial oversight, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities 1. Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance
  • Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards.
  • Oversee construction activities, emphasizing safety, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
2. Project Planning, Coordination, and Cost Control
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with project plans.
  • Implement control measures to manage project scope, time, and costs.
3. Cost Management and Financial Oversight (Company)
  • Monitor actual team costs against budget and forecast.
  • Oversee billing and collections for CM services.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Possession of relevant professional certifications or licenses.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry standards, regulations, codes, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Skilled in contract negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving. Commitment to continuous professional development to stay updated on industry trends.
