Support global finance teams in delivering change initiatives and enhancing management accounting systems using Oracle EPM Cloud. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring scalable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Oracle EPM Cloud change initiatives
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and manage expectations
  • Oversee solution delivery, testing, and user onboarding
  • Recommend process improvements and support continuous enhancement
What You Bring
  • 2–5 years of experience in business analysis (EPM Cloud a plus)
  • Background in change management and finance systems
  • Understanding of management accounting and financial reporting
  • Experience in Agile environments and cross-regional collaboration
  • Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with Smart View, SQL, Oracle Data Management, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (preferred)
  • Relevant certifications in EPM, change management, or business analysis (advantageous)
