The Role

The Creative Brand Strategist partners directly with The Thirty Minute Trader's (TMT) CEO & Founder Job Zamora to extract, shape, refine, and expand his personal brand into a globally recognizable identity centered on:

  • Long-term vision

This person will translate Job's deep work, ideas, philosophies, insights, and lived experiences into:

  • YouTube series concepts
  • Branding directions
  • Content frameworks
  • Narrative arcs
  • Signature philosophies
  • Scripts / outlines
  • Book structure
  • Messaging systems
  • Community themes
  • Visual language
  • Launch direction

This role is for someone with creative intelligence, emotional maturity, and strong storytelling instincts. This is the brain that expands Job's ideas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy & Direction

  2. Build the personal brand identity of Job Zamora (tone, vibe, message, story)

  3. Shape long-term messaging pillars based on Job's Human Design, chart, and natural voice
  4. Ensure brand stays aligned with clarity → peace → wisdom → wealth → leadership identity
  5. Build the "new Job Zamora brand" beyond forex

  6. Creative Partnership with Job

  7. Mastermind to extract ideas

  8. Listen to Job's raw thoughts and turn them into frameworks, concepts, and content directions
  9. Expand — not shut down, or insist on what you want — Job's creative ideas
  10. Bring high-level creative input to YouTube, courses, books, and content

  11. YouTube Creative Direction

  12. Develop episode concepts & formats

  13. Create show structures (ex: series, playlists, arcs)
  14. Turn Job's life lessons into content gold
  15. Craft emotional story-driven titles & hooks
  16. Guide YouTube manager/editors with clear creative direction

  17. Thought Leadership Development

  18. Help Job build his philosophies and signature messages

  19. Assist in outlining his book (via voice → structure)
  20. Organize ideas for speaking, workshops, and mentorship
  21. Build long-term positioning as a calm high-performance mentor

  22. Content Systemization

  23. Organize Job's content vault

  24. Create brand manuals, guides, and writing voice standards
  25. Build content flow frameworks to ensure consistency and alignment

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong background in branding, content strategy, or creative leadership
  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in branding, content strategy, or creative leadership
  • Exceptional writing (English or Taglish, conversational + deep)
  • Advanced to fluent English writing proficiency with ability to create both conversational and deep content
  • Understands storytelling, psychology, and personal branding
  • Ability to think with Job, not just execute
  • Emotionally mature and calm
  • Can expand ideas instead of killing them
  • Alignment with themes: clarity, stillness, wealth, self-mastery, fatherhood, calm lifestyle

Preferred Experience:

  • Worked with influencers, thought leaders, coaches, or founders
  • Familiar with YouTube culture and storytelling
  • Can help shape a book or long-form content
  • Not intimidated by high-energy founders
  • Understands mental models, philosophy, and self-mastery content
