About the Role

Join our team as a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Trainer and help shape the future of healthcare operations You'll deliver engaging training sessions, mentor new hires, and ensure our teams are equipped with the skills to succeed. If you love teaching, have healthcare billing experience, and want a rewarding career with great perks, this role is for you.


What You'll Do
  • Train and Inspire: Conduct training for new hires and existing employees on healthcare revenue cycle processes.
  • Engage Learners: Deliver sessions via classroom, webinars, and blended learning methods.
  • Support Growth: Provide coaching, mentoring, and post-training support to ensure success.
  • Collaborate: Work with QA and Ops teams for process calibration and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute: Help develop and update training materials and curriculum.

What We're Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in hospital billing (front-end or back-end).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience delivering training in classroom and virtual settings.
  • Familiarity with platforms like WebEx, Teams, or Zoom.
  • Willing to work night shift (RTO 100%).

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management training.
  • Knowledge of MS04, Invision, eFR, Appeal writing.
