Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from onboarding to separation.
  • Partner with universities, LGUs such as PESO, and TESDA to meet recruitment needs.
  • Conduct phone interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and administer assessments.
  • Analyze job descriptions and applicant qualifications to determine suitability.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and candidate qualities.
  • Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
  • Support HR activities such as events, compensation & benefits administration, and training.
  • Manage employee change requests and benefit enrollments in HR Technology Systems.
  • Monitor probationary periods, resignations, and approval workflows.
  • Participate in onboarding and prepares employees movement and alignment such as regularization, promotions and other documents.
  • Collaborate with benefits management for new hire registrations and changes.
  • Support change management initiatives and produce compensation statements and promotion letters.

Employee Relations & Labor Relations:

  • Assist in resolving employee issues and complaints.
  • Research labor laws and best practices.
  • Support negotiations and manage employee infractions.
  • Draft memos and assist in policy and procedure development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies on safety and security.
  • Coach employees and submit employee's performance summary.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain HR documentation and training materials.
  • Support HR projects as required.

Reports:

  • Monitor and maintain Masterlist and 201 records.
  • Prepare Recruitment Reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly).
  • Manage Resume Bank and track Manpower Headcount (Hired & Separated monthly).
  • Monitor Attrition Rate and prepare Performance Evaluation Report Summaries.
  • Handle COE and Clearance Monitoring.
  • Manage Issuance of Memorandum Monitoring.
  • Monitor School Partnerships & LGUs.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for training sessions.

Note: This role will mainly focus on Compensation and Benefits and assistance to other facets as well. Preferably with experience in HRIS (Sprout HR).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
