Your Role, Your Impact

Project Accounting is responsible in preparation, analysis, and submission of accurate and timely financial reports for the assigned projects. Ensures adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies, while supporting management through variance analysis, reconciliations, and financial insights.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports of the segment
  • Perform reconciliation during project close out and prepare reversal or adjusting entries as needed
  • Perform variance analysis of actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior year results
  • Coordinate with segment finance teams, project development team, and other departments to gather required financial data
  • Follow internal controls and accounting policies in preparing reports
  • Maintain organized documentation to support all financial entries and adjustments
  • Help identify gaps and inefficiencies in reporting processes
  • Assist in the implementation of templates and automation tools to improve accuracy and turnaround time
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and schedules for the assigned segment

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance related programs
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting or general accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience using SAP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
