Source-to-Pay (S2P) Consultant / Procurement Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver
    end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation projects
    with strong expertise in procurement processes.
  • Drive
    procurement transformation and digitalization
    initiatives using platforms such as
    Coupa, Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, or Jaggaer
    .
  • Manage key project roles including
    Functional Design Lead, Testing Lead, or Project Manager
    .
  • Facilitate workshops, prepare project documentation, and oversee
    testing phases (SIT/UAT/Regression)
    .
  • Support business development by identifying and advancing opportunities with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field
    .
  • 3–6 years of experience
    in S2P implementation or procurement transformation.
  • Strong knowledge of
    procurement and spend management principles
    .
  • Hands-on experience in
    functional design, documentation, and testing
    .
  • Proven expertise in one or more S2P platforms:
    Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, Jaggaer
    .
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certification in relevant platforms (e.g.,
    Coupa, SAP Ariba
    ) is a plus.

Work Location: Makati (Hybrid Setup, 3x/week during the first year, and will transition to 1-2x/week on the 2nd year onwards)
