HIRING: TEAM LEADER

Location: 1215 J&R Building, Along McArthur Highway, Brgy. Sumapang Matanda, City of Malolos

Schedule: On-site | Night Shift

Job Overview

We are looking for a Team Leader who will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and supervising a team of Virtual Assistants (VAs). The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and skilled in managing both performance and communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities


• Monitor VAs' productivity to ensure all team members are actively performing their tasks during the shift.


• Manage timekeeping to ensure accurate and complete earnings.


• Coordinate with the admin team as the main point of contact between the admin and the VAs.


• Provide service and quotation assistance when needed.


• Assist Nesting SMEs or other Team Leads on the production floor.


• Review VAs' end-of-day reports and ensure they are given sufficient tasks.


• Report performance trends or behavioral concerns to the Operations Manager.


• Coach and guide VAs regarding performance issues and provide actionable recommendations.


• Provide constructive feedback to support VA improvement.


• Prepare weekly and monthly accomplishment reports and KPI reviews.


• Attend meetings and collaborate with fellow team members.


• Perform special tasks as assigned by management.


• Must be willing to work on-site and on a night shift schedule.

Qualifications


• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (preferably in a VA or BPO setup).


• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.


• Keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
