The Role:
Work with the Real Time Agent platform to digitize key property transaction steps. As a Contract Processing Specialist, you’ll connect clients and internal teams, managing sensitive contract submissions and customer inquiries efficiently to ensure a smooth experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Accurately tag contracts and minimize errors.

  • Quickly resolve inbound enquiries via email and Zendesk.

  • Process high volumes of critical data entry tasks.

  • Perform quality checks on legal documents and listings.

  • Manage workflows efficiently across systems.

  • Work with CX teams to resolve complex enquiries and support company goals.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 1-2 Years experience in customer service or other related roles

  • Strong attention-to-detail with high accuracy in data entry

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to work under tight deadlines and pressure

  • Software knowledge (Zendesk) is an advantage but not required
