About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize marketing initiatives for our two brands—Skewd and No. 1 Malatang. This role will focus on social media, content creation, digital campaigns, and performance analysis to boost brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

l Develop and execute marketing plans and creative campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

l Manage social media platforms—content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.

l Run and optimize paid campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.

l Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, operations) to align marketing strategies with business goals.

l Monitor and analyze campaign performance; prepare reports using tools such as Google Analytics.

l Assist in the production of collateral—graphics, promotional materials, and brand assets.

l Conduct market research to uncover insights, competitor analysis, and new opportunities.

l Support influencer partnerships, email marketing, and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

l Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

l 2+ years of experience in marketing (agency or brand-side preferred).

l Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, social media, SEO, and analytics.

l Experience with campaign tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics).

l Proficient in content creation tools—e.g., Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps.

l Strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.

l Organized, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.
