  • Gain in-depth understanding and proficiency in using the software bundled with our

machines to provide both technical support and user guidance to customers, either

remotely or on-site.

  • Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues related to our products.
  • Build the computers included with the machines we sell, install, configure, and test

both hardware and software to ensure everything is working correctly prior to the

delivery date.

  • Document all product-related activities—including support, installations,

maintenance, and customer interactions—to ensure transparency, accountability,

and effective knowledge sharing across the team.

  • Assist the technicians in troubleshooting other machine-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
