Job Title: Sales Associate / Sales Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate / Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves both online and in-store sales support, customer service, and coordination with operations. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, Facebook pages, and chat accounts
  • Assist walk-in clients and provide product recommendations and support
  • Coordinate and assist with service warranty concerns when needed
  • Prepare and send proposals to potential clients
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospects and existing customers
  • Double-check orders for accuracy before processing
  • Pack bulk orders with care and accuracy
  • Post and promote products online, including laptops, on Facebook Pages, Groups, Marketplace, and Carousell
  • Input and update orders in the inventory system

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Facebook, Carousell, and other online selling platforms
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
  • Basic knowledge in laptops, gadgets, or tech products is a plus
  • Proficient in using computers and basic inventory tools
