About the role

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads to expand our client base
  • Arrange and conduct client meetings to present our product and service offerings
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients
  • Actively participate in sales strategy discussions and contribute to the development of sales campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and new product developments

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the sales industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
  • Product experience in packaging & industrial machinery is a plus.
  • Adaptability to changes in the market and willingness to learn new skills
