About the role

We are seeking a driven and reliable Puller/Helper to join our team at PTC Commercial Corporation in our Tondo, Manila location. This full-time role will involve supporting our manufacturing and assembly processes, ensuring the efficient and timely completion of our products.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the pulling, lifting, and positioning of materials and components during the assembly and manufacturing process
• Providing support to machine operators and technicians as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to support productivity
• Adhering to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly-based environment, preferably in a similar Puller/Helper role
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and requirements
