SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Cisco NOC Engineerto support and optimize enterprise network infrastructure within a dynamic MSP environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Cisco technologies and hands-on experience managing and maintaining large-scale network environments. This role will involve working closely with clients to ensure high availability, performance, and security across their network systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support, maintain, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure, primarily in large Cisco environments.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Cisco LAN infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Configure and maintain routing protocols and Cisco wireless solutions to ensure seamless connectivity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to assess network needs, implement changes, and resolve complex network issues.
  • Utilize Cisco Catalyst Center and Cisco Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller for efficient network monitoring, automation, and lifecycle management.
  • Assist in the deployment and support of Cisco firewalls, with occasional exposure to Palo Alto firewalls and F5 load balancers (preferred but not required).
  • Document network designs, configurations, and procedures for both internal use and client reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise networking, ideally within an MSP or large-scale environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Cisco switching, routing, and firewall platforms.
  • Solid understanding of routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
  • Familiarity with network management tools such as Cisco Catalyst Center and Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller.
  • Nice to have
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and F5 load balancers.
  • Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or higher).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
  • Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
