Role Overview:

Responsible in monitoring the Company's market and liquidity risks versus approved limits to ensure adherence to OMLF's identified risk appetite and preparation of corresponding reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At Least 3-5 years of experience in asset-liability management, financial risk management, or treasury roles within financial institutions such as banks, insurance companies, or investment firms.
  • Should be an ALM Risk Practioner
  • Knowledgeable in the preparation for these reports; Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment
    • Process (ICAAP), Maximum Cumulative Outflow (MCO), Interest Rate Repricing Gap (IRRG), Earning at Risk (EAR), Delta Ece, Interest Rate Sensitivity Analysis, and Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book.
  • Advanced Excel and Financial Software: Proficiency in Excel for modeling, scenario analysis, and stress testing. Familiarity with ALM software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present complex financial concepts and reports to stakeholders, including senior management, auditors, and regulators.
