About the role

As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technology landscape of the company. Working within the Information & Communication Technology industry, you will use your expertise in architecture and design to drive strategic initiatives that support the organization's objectives. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and implementing enterprise-wide technology solutions that align with business requirements
  • Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring it remains relevant and responsive to changing needs
  • Evaluating new technologies and making recommendations for their adoption based on business impact and strategic fit
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology solutions
  • Providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of architecture-related initiatives
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in enterprise architecture

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within the insurance or banking industry
  • Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing large-scale, complex technology solutions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and methodologies
  • Proficiency in various architecture domains, including application, data, infrastructure, and security architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
