We are hiring for an Application Enterprise Architect for an insurance company in BGC.

This role follows a hybrid setup with night shift schedule and pays up to 340K PHP monthly

The Requirements

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience
  • Certified Expert Knowledge and Experience in Cloud Technologies including Microsoft Azure, Office 365.
  • Expert Knowledge of development technologies, database platforms and best practices.
  • Expert hands on experience and knowledge with Client facing product lines and systems
  • Expert Experience in Software Development Architecture
  • Create, Maintain Architecture Designs, Architecture Standards, Best Practices and roadmaps.
  • Establish and maintain common development initiatives and Strategies following industry best practices and standard supporting Product Develop CICD Pipelines
  • AI Technology Tools & Frameworks:
    • Key: Langchain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI, AI Search, AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning
    • Bonus: Llama, Mistral, other 3rd party LLMs
  • Responsible AI: Reflect company values and official positions in the development of AI at scale
    • Design AI solutions with consideration of customer and regulatory requirements related to AI
    • Support responsible AI governance for client's business and function AI initiatives

Ideal candidates will have a broad background in technology, supporting technology with the desire to drive change and simplification working side by side with Architecture peers, Enterprise and Business Technology and Operations teams spread across our various globally dispersed business units to drive technology change, best practices, and standards.

The Role

  • Focus on Foundational Development Architecture and Common Development Initiatives Supporting Corporate and Business Applications and Systems.
  • Create and maintain Architecture Designs, Solutions, Standards, Best Practices and Roadmaps.
  • Support common development initiatives and strategies following industry best practices and standards
  • Define, Participate and Support Technical Design Committee Governance processes
  • Establish and Maintain Collaborative key relationships, Support and Help Lead Communities of Practices partnering with Product Managers
