Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead and oversee all social media initiatives across three brands: i2i New York (Eyewear), Against The Grain (Shirataki Rice), and Rootrice (Konjac Rice). This role is responsible for building brand awareness, audience growth, community management, content strategy execution, and analytics reporting across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

The Social Media Manager plays a vital role in developing content calendars, managing campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring that all social media communications are on-brand, timely, and aligned with marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Task Descriptions:

  1. Strategy & Planning

  2. Develop platform-specific social media strategies tailored to each brand.

  3. Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals, promotions, and key campaigns.

  4. Coordinate with marketing, design, and product teams for integrated planning.

  5. Set quarterly growth goals (followers, engagement, reach) and campaign KPIs.

  6. Content Oversight & Scheduling

  7. Supervise content creation with the creative team (photos, videos, graphics).

  8. Review and approve captions, hashtags, and layout formats.

  9. Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite, TikTok Scheduler, etc.

  10. Ensure consistent posting rhythm and brand voice across all platforms.

  11. Community Management & Customer Engagement

  12. Oversee timely responses to comments, messages, and DMs.

  13. Manage escalation protocols for complaints or sensitive issues.

  14. Monitor sentiment and maintain a positive, engaging brand presence.

  15. Support retention strategies through interaction with loyal followers and community members.

  16. Campaign & Influencer Management

  17. Lead the execution of social media campaigns, contests, collaborations, and influencer marketing.

  18. Oversee influencer selection, briefing, approvals, and output quality control.

  19. Track influencer deliverables and performance, ensuring alignment with objectives.

  20. Maintain and update a database of influencers and affiliates.

  21. Trend Analysis & Creative Direction

  22. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform changes, and industry shifts.

  23. Propose fresh content ideas, formats, and viral challenges suited for each brand.

  24. Provide creative direction and feedback for reels, shorts, and carousel posts.

  25. Lead brainstorms for campaign pegs, theme directions, and story takeovers.

  26. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  27. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions).

  28. Prepare weekly and monthly reports with key insights and recommendations.

  29. Flag low-performing content and propose improvements.

  30. Optimize posting time, format, and strategies based on analytics.

  31. Team Supervision & Support

  32. Supervise assistant moderators and content coordinators, ensuring task alignment and quality output.

  33. Review post schedules, comments handled, and influencer logs prepared by support staff.

  34. Conduct weekly alignment meetings and reporting sessions with team members.

  35. Support Marketing Manager with campaign updates and strategic input.

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

Experience

  • 3+ years in social media management, content planning, or digital marketing.

  • Proven track record of managing multi-brand accounts across platforms.

  • Experience leading or working with influencers, campaign management, and analytics.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management skills.

  • Excellent copywriting, community interaction, and visual content direction.

  • Highly organized and deadline-driven.

  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.

  • Collaborative team player with leadership ability.

Nice to Have:

  • Background in lifestyle, fashion, or wellness industries.

  • Advanced Canva or Adobe Creative Suite skills.

  • Familiarity with Shopee/Lazada backend and social selling integrations.

  • Experience training and supervising junior social media team members.
