Timekeeping Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
Timekeeping
- Manage and validate employee time and attendance data.
- Process adjustments for overtime, leave, holiday pay, and schedule discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and company standards.
- Generate timekeeping reports to support payroll and management decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
- Support payroll preparation and validation using accurate timekeeping data.
- Assist in the administration of compensation programs and employee benefits.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance to ensure accurate and timely payouts.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in line with compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Background in HR, payroll, or compensation & benefits is an advantage.
- With at least 3 years of experience in timekeeping and Compensation & benefits
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and government-mandated benefits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion with sensitive data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php35, Php50,000.00 per month
