QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or any business-related course
  • 2-3 years of experience in timekeeping.
  • Proficient in computer applications and timekeeping systems
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Approachable and responsive to employee payroll concerns.
  • Should have knowledge in JeonSoft application (JPS), other timekeeping application is ok as well.
  • Handle leave credits, rice allowance updates, and one-time payments.
  • Process shift changes and payroll communications
  • Validate payroll adjustments and scrub timesheets
  • Address employee concerns related to timekeeping and attendance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
