We're looking for a reliable, analytical, and detail-oriented Payroll Services Senior Associate to join our team If you're passionate about numbers, payroll compliance, and ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time, this could be the perfect role for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Operative Tasks:

  • Review payroll inputs and instructions (loans, deductions, reimbursements, etc.)
  • Perform high-level reviews of processed payroll registers and final pay
  • Address payroll-related concerns and inquiries
  • Review and update the payroll calendar
  • Ensure accurate journal entries for payroll and social contributions
  • Approve social contribution remittances via government portals
  • Review tax annualization, alphalists, and employee 2316 forms

Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle ad hoc payroll-related tasks as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and Code of Business Conduct
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in payroll systems and processes
What We're Looking For:
  • BS in Accountancy (or related field)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll and general accounting
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and software
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations, government remittances, and payroll legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll systems
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
