We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Lawyer to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Member in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP).
- (Applicants who are awaiting their Bar exam results are also welcome to apply.)
- If already a member of the IBP, must be qualified to be commissioned as a Notary Public for and in Pasig City, San Juan City, and the Municipality of Pateros, Metro Manila.
- Must have in-depth knowledge and understanding of corporate, tax, and procedural laws.
- Willing to handle corporate, tax, and litigation work.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
